I ordered with next day delivery which didn't happen. They responded very quickly, explained the circumstances and put it right then only way possible by refunding the delivery. For me that's as good as customer service can get.

I wasn't sure how substantial or even how big the item was but it turned out to be exactly what I was after, a solidly and well build bit of kit. It's going to be used on an access panel and I want the panel to be compressed against a sealing strip as its closed so I'll have to angle the fixed bit so it compresses as it closes.
