For European Union: Depending upon the weight and size of your parcel we will choose the most cost effective method of shipping. Where we can reduce the cost we will refund the difference to you.

How To Order: To obtain a quote for international delivery, place your order as usual and click 'Request a quote' at checkout. We will obtain a quote and be in touch to discuss the delivery price and take payment.

All international deliveries will be charged at cost. We will attempt to find the most economical method to deliver the goods in a safe and secure manner.

You, the Customer, may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 2.00pm within 2 working days for any stock items. Any orders placed after that time will be processed on the next available working day. This excludes Weekends and Public Holidays. Please bear in mind our stated lead times when placing your order.

"In Stock" means the product is carried in stock at TBKS or at works.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched with an expected delivery date depending on which service you have selected.

During extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Any orders sent using our courier service can be tracked online using the tracking number you will receive. Our courier will send updates on your delivery via text/email, including a date/time window for delivery. You can also change this delivery window, pick up the parcel from an approved point or specify delivery to a neighbour.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 08:00 at 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, you will need to sign for your order. You will not need to sign for your order if you have made other arrangements directly with the courier (via their website/text message) for the package to be left in a safe place of your choosing.

Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery at the time of purchase (such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour), TBKS will provide these instructions to the courier. You will have the opportunity to update or change these instructions once the package has been dispatched via the website/text message provided by the courier for tracking and managing the delivery of your package.

Collect in person

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please inform us within 3 days to allow us to rectify the issue. We shall have no liability to you unless you notify the problem to TBKS within 10 days of the delivery of the goods in question.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
