International Delivery

All international deliveries will be charged at cost. To obtain a quotation for this, please complete the checkout process and use our 'Request a quote' feature. We will then be in touch to discuss a delivery price and take payment. TBKS will attempt to find the most economical method to deliver the goods in a safe and secure manner.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day. This excludes Weekends and Public Holidays. Please bear in mind our stated lead times when placing your order.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Any orders sent using our courier service can be tracked online using the tracking number you will receive. Our courier will send updates on your delivery via text/email, including a date/time window for delivery. You can also change this delivery window, pick up the parcel from an approved point or specify delivery to a neighbour.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 08:00 at 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Collect in person

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

Returns Policy

If you change your mind you may cancel your unfulfilled Order at any time. Once the Order has been fulfilled you may cancel at any time up to 14 days, from the day after you receive your goods. 

  • For Stocked Products you do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your Order nor will you have to pay any penalty. 
  • For Non-Stocked Products TBKS will apply a 25% restocking charge.

If you change your mind or wish to cancel your Order you must notify us by email making it clear you no longer require the goods.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your Order once we have been notified you must print a Returns Note from the TBKS Website which you must include with the returned goods. The Returns Note will make clear the return address which you must return at your own cost and risk.  

Once the goods in question are returned by you, and received by us, in the condition they were in when delivered to you we will re-credit your account within 14 days.

If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Your right to cancel an Order does not apply if the goods you have ordered are bespoke items.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify the problem to TBKS within 10 days from the day you received the goods.

If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, either:

  • to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
  • to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Please check your order before you sign for it from the courier. If the item is faulty or damaged in any way, please do not sign for it and the courier will return the item to us. We will then send a replacement item out as soon as possible.
