Welcome to the TBKS Web Site ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
Purchase Ordering
By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product from us, which we will accept to sell you on the following conditions.
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the price by us.
Dispatch time may vary according to availability and any representations made as to delivery times are limited to UK mainland only
and are on the basis that we that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays, delays with our courier or force majeure. TBKS Ltd are absolutely entitled to refuse any request/order made by you. If your order is accepted we will take payment and inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. When making a request/order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Refunds
Stocked products
For whatever reason, if you are not happy with your purchase of our stocked products, TBKS will give you a full refund less the cost of carriage.
Special orders. Non-Stocked products.
If you wish to return non-stocked products that we have specially ordered in for you. We will apply a 25% re-handling charge. If unsure please contact our sales staff for details.
Goods should be returned within 28 days of purchase, must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that any items damaged or scratched whilst in transit to us will be deemed unsaleable. Do ensure that you obtain proof of posting the goods to us and that you have included a copy of the original invoice with your full contact details and returns note number.
Specially made products (bespoke)
Not shown on our website but confirmed with a deposit cannot be returned for a refund, unless faulty. Equally we reserve the right to decline a cancellation of a special order if the item has been partly or wholly made.
Claims for faulty items
Claims for faulty or damaged goods should be made to us within 28 days of purchase. Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods and the cost of the carriage. We will also refund any costs paid by you for returning faulty or damaged products to us. We do not accept responsibility for consequential loss caused by circumstances outside our control. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Goods insured in transit
Over night deliveries by our courier are covered by our insurance but only until the consignee has signed for them on delivery. Please carefully check the package for damage, tampering or shortages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit if you have signed for the goods.
Specifications, Measurements, Advice
All descriptions are in accordance with our manufacturers specifications and care has been taken to ensure information is correct. However we cannot guarantee that details are identical with goods owing to market changes. All content made available through our “Ask the Experts” knowledge base and is given in good faith and we do not take responsibility for any factual errors that might arise from changes in legislation. Due to manufacturing processes we cannot guarantee that the finish and colour of our products will be an exact match. Please be aware that the life of the lacquer finish is beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing
All prices shown on our web site are subject to change at any time and advertised prices do not constitute a contract between TBKS Ltd and you. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our purchase ordering policy.
VAT
VAT at 17.5 % is added to the final total of your quote. Overseas customers outside the EU are not charged VAT.
Content
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by TBKS.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which TBKS does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.
Limitation of liability
While we make every reasonable effort to validate the accuracy of any information that we publish on our web site, we do not make any warranties expressed or implied to its accuracy. We do not take responsibility and are not liable for any loss of damage to you (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings or loss of goodwill or reputation) as a result of using the web site. We cannot guarantee that the site will be error-free, or that the site or server is free of viruses or bugs.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Web site, or the use by any other person accessing the Web site using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
